It Starts With Mom: healthy moms, strong babies

We are the advocate that so many moms, moms-to-be and women who may become pregnant across the country are seeking. Especially now, when they need us most.

The reality is motherhood is hard. From pre-term to postpartum. To infants and toddlers. To big kids and pre-teens.

We’re utilizing our consumer activation and education platform to bring together your community’s thought leaders and equip moms to become the best advocates in dealing with some of today’s biggest challenges –in her home, at her workplace, and during her doctor’s visits.

Because we know, It Starts With Mom.  Find resources here.

March of Dimes has a significant library of digital resources that covers a variety of health topics. We will highlight different resources related to the topics covered!  Current topics and the detailed library of resources can be found here!

March for Change is March of Dimes’ day of advocacy at State Capitols across the country and in Washington, D.C. Join us this spring to learn about crucial maternal and infant health legislation your state is considering, gain skills on how to talk with legislators and staff and put advocacy into action on behalf of moms and babies. Join us in making impact on policy!

Mental health challenges are among the most common pregnancy and childbirth complications. Our panelists of mental health professionals, leaders and advocates will lead a powerful discussion on erasing stigma of maternal mental health and supporting families. Date TBA.
